Broadcasters Love TV-Loonland’s Raymond

TV-Loonland has announced the first round of broadcast deals for its animated comedy series Raymond. Currently airing on Gulli TV in France, the show has been sold to ABC in Australia, M-NET in South Africa, VOOM’s Animania HD in the U.S., DR TV in Denmark, RTBF in Belgium, Noga Communications in Israel, PTS in Taiwan and Truevisions Kids in Thailand. The series of 26 seven-minute episodes is also set to take to the skies with Air France on France Vision Service and Malaysian Airlines on Inflight Prods.

The star of the show, Raymond, is a self-styled, self-conscious eight-year old boy who makes quirky look cool to young viewers. The Flash-animated show and its colorful cast of characters offer kids a light-hearted look at everyday school and family life amid humorous situations.

Raymond is a co-production between TV-Loonland, French producer Everybody on Deck and French broadcasters Canal+ and Gulli. TV-Loonland holds global media rights across TV, Video, Licensing & Merchandising and Publishing. Second and third seasons are in development and will bring the total number of episodes to 78.
