Big Idea Entertainment has promoted Mike Nawrocki to the post of executive VP and brought in Mark Steele into the newly created position of chief of creative affairs.
Nawrocki has been a staple at the company since 1993. He is co-creator of Big Idea’s signature VeggieTales franchise and the voice of Larry the Cucumber. He has created, written and directed many of the popular “Silly Songs with Larry” segments, and contributed as a screenwriter and director to multiple VeggieTales episodes including both of the company’s theatrical releases. His most recent title was VP of development.
Steele is president and executive creative at Steelehouse Productions. He has nearly 20 years of experience in writing, directing and production and will contribute to the creative development process of the VeggieTales series.
