It’s one of those off weeks in which we don’t have a lot of high-voltage animated titles hitting the home entertainment market. However, if you look closer, you can still find new releases featuring classic characters such as Barbie, Digimon, Garfield, Transformers Rescue Bots and yes, those evergreen group of toons known as Veggie Tales. There’s even a great 2-DVD set from DreamWorks featuring the studio’s four popular TV holiday specials from recent years: Shrek the Halls, Kung Fu Panda Holiday, Merry Madagascar and Dragons: Gift of the Night Fury.
