9 Story Entertainment has received a second season order from TELETOON Canada for an additional 26 x 22 package of the hit animated comedy Camp Lakebottom. The show premiered on the channel last July as part of TELETOON’s “Can’t Miss Thursdays” programming block.
The show follows 12-year-old prankster McGee, who was headed for an awesome summer at Camp Sunny Smiles when his bus took a wrong turn and landed him at an old, run down and ridiculously spooky Camp Lakebottom. McGee soon discovers that though Lakebottom is not your average camp, it is the best camp ever!
Commissioned from 9 Story by TELETOON Canada, Camp Lakebottom has since been sold to Disney XD in the U.S. along with multiple international Disney Channels (U.K., Ireland, Benelux, Italy, Spain, Portugal, CEE inc. Poland, Asia inc. Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Middle East, Turkey, South and Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America). It has also been licensed to ABC TV (Australia), Super RTL (Germany), Canal+ Family (France) and Noga (Israel).
