Creative directors Danny Yoon and Duy Nguyen and executive producer Mike Pryor have renamed their boutique vfx and post-production house — formerly known as 1.1 VFX — and set up shop in a new Santa Monica studio. Now operating as Mr. Wolf, the company will operate out of new headquarters located within the offices of Bully Pictures. The Santa Monica shop includes resources for visual effects, compositing, editorial finishing and digital color correction, as well as room for expansion.
1.1 was founded in 2005 as the finishing arm of Motion Theory and continued on at edit house Cutters. Now Mr. Wolf is poised to welcome new clients across all media. The studio’s credits include American Hustle and TV work for From Dusk Till Dawn: The Series and Ali G Rezurection; commercial clients include Toyota, Jaguar, Fiat, Burger King and Pizza Hut. Mr. Wolf and Bully Pictures plan to offer added value to Bully’s clients through their new creative alliance.
