PGS Entertainment announces a raft of global sales for Method Animation and DQ Entertainment’s animated adventure series Robin Hood: Mischief in Sherwood. Recent licensing broadcasters include RTBF (Francophone Belgium), NRK (Norway), RTS (Switzerland), RTL Telekids (Netherlands, Luxembourg), Direct Sight (Ukraine) and BBC ALBA (Scotland).
In addition to commissioning channels TF1 (France), ZDF (Germany) and DeAgostini’s DeAkids, the 3D CG show has also been picked up by RTVE-Clan and Canal Panda (Spain), VRT (Flemish-speaking Belgium), Canal Panda (Portugal), SVT (Sweden), MTV3 (Finland), LRT (Lithuania), Tele-Quebec (Canada) and Gloob (Brazil).
Created by Romain Van Liemt and Alexandre de la Patelliere, the 52 x 11 series targets kids aged 6 to 10 and centers on a young Robin of Locksley. The 10-year-old hero is full of energy, courage and humor and is joined by his friends for antics and adventure in the Sherwood Forest, never missing an opportunity for fun.
