A quick look at some of the exciting toon brands heading to Brand Licensing Europe in London (October 7-9)

+ BRB Internacional will present the latest from Invizimals, including trading cards from Panini and toys from IMC Toys, with new products in categories including apparel, back to school and publishing coming soon. BRB will also bring 41 Ent.’s Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures and Space Enterprises’ The Hive to the show. Booth F020

+ Nelvana and Spin Master have just announced they will co-develop a new girls’ animated series called Little Charmers — a pre-k fantasy brand that mixes magic and friendship and will debut on Treehouse in Canada and Nickelodeon in territories worldwide in early 2015. The companies previously collaborated on boys action phenom Bakugan. Booth F080

+ Procidis will introduce its brand Hello Maestro along with a range of products developed by licensee Hippocampus. The French producer will reveal its brand strategy embracing a 360-degree policy including broadcast, digital, online, publishing and merchandising for its series Once Upon a Time “Man,” “Space,” “Life,” “The Americas,” “The Discoverers,” “The Explorers,” and “Planet Earth.” Booth G052

+ Ink Global will showcase 3D platform game Subway Surfers — following a group of young graffiti artists trying to evade an angry security guard and his dog — and Russian animated series Masha and the Bear. Subway Surfers is currently the second most popular app game on the planet, while Masha‘s licensing partners — including Kinder, Egmont, Orkla and Ferrero — have generated over 1000 individual SKUs. + The Jim Henson Company has signed Simon & Schuster Children’s Publishing as North American publisher and charged the firm with creating a ready-to-read line of books for its animated preschool series Doozers. The first two titles will be available as paperbacks, library editions and e-books in fall 2015, with additional books launching in 2016. This is JHC’s first year exhibiting at BLE. Booth A050

+ Coolabi Group has inked new deals with Fashion U.K. and Scribble down for its adventure brand Beast Quest. Fashion U.K. will design daywear and nightwear collections, while Scribble Down will create transfer packs for the fantasy franchise targeting kids 7-10. Beast Quest is published in the U.K. by Orchard Books and owned by Coolabi’s Working Partners and comprises over 100 books translated into 30-plus languages. Booth D060
