Beginning Saturday, November 1, iTunes, Google Play and Kobo will be offering two new eBooks about a lovable poodle named Charlie Girl and her charming “tails”. Charlie Girl and Charlie Girl: A Story of Love and Instinct, adapted from the illustrated hardcover editions, are written and art directed by Elizabeth Frogel — Charlie Girl’s real-life owner.
The eBooks incorporate innovative digital animation techniques produced by Odysys, the digital division of Nord Compo. Narrated by Frogel’s young daughter, the heartwarming stories are told blending animation, text, sounds and illustrations to create a learning experience for young e-readers.
