Kids’ entertainment studio Little Airplane Productions (The Wonder Pets, 3rd & Bird) has appointed Stefanie Zhang as its Resident Producer in mainland China. Based in Beijing, Zhang will provide local support to the studio’s clients and partners, and work to build new relationships in the country. Little Airplane has recently announced its involvement in American/Asian preschool shows Super Wings (52 x 11) and P. King Duckling (52 x 11).
Zhang was born in Taiwan and has worked across the island, Macao and mainland China as a music video and commercials director, festival producer, international distributor and animation producer.
“I am very excited to be working with Little Airplane Productions and helping them manage their current relationships in the region while seeking out new, exciting opportunities,” she says. “I am a great admirer of their portfolio of children’s programming and look forward to helping them meet new creative challenges in China and across Asia.”
