Italy’s Gruppo Alcuni announces that its latest CG-animated family feature Pet Pals in Windland has picked up new distribution partners. International Production Associates (IPA) have picked up exclusive rights for Japan. Additionally, Ro-In Entertainment will be bringing the film to the Middle East/Northern Africa region. Previous deals for the U.S. and Canada are in place.
The 80-minute adventure pits the Pet Pals against their old arch-nemesis, the Crow Witch. The Pet Pals live in Windland, a small town where everything works thanks to the power of wind. The evil Crow Witch is determined to get her hands on the “Spinwheel” which generates this powerful force, in order to take control of the town.
