PGS Gets Royal Treatment for Method’s ‘Little Prince’

Brand manager PGS Entertainment has secured a raft of international sales for season three of Method Animation’s award-winning CG series The Little Prince — based on the beloved 1943 novella by Antoine de Saint-Exupery. Deals have been closed with Canal Encuentro (Argentina), Minimax (Eastern Europe), MTVA (Hungary), Err (Estonia), Minika (Turkey), Noga (Israel) and Knowledge Network (BC, Canada).

Broadcasters who had previously acquired season three rights include RTF (Belgium), ABC (Australia), Tele-Quebec (QC, Canada), DirectSight (Ukraine), TVO (ON, Canada), VRT (Belgium), LRT (Lithuania), RUV (Iceland), MTV3 (Finland), Workpoint TV (Thailand) and Discovery Latin America.

In the new season, the previously defeated Snake escapes from the paper prison of the Little Prince’s sketchpad. Our hero must save planets from the chaos Snake causes by mixing up the elements of each planet. The 78 x 26 series currently airs in over 150 territories. It is produced in association with France Televisions, WDR, RAI Fiction, TSR, TV5 Monde and Jeem TV.
