Rainbow Group inked a distribution deal with Feelgood Entertainment that brings the eagerly awaited third Winx Club movie, The Mystery of the Abyss, to theaters throughout Greece this month. The Greek premiere took place April 5, with a national theatrical roll out set to begin April 12. Fans also got a chance to meet their fairy heroines during a special event in Athens’ Avenue Mall over the weekend of April 3-4.
The Mystery of the Abyss sees the Winx fairies in an adventure on land and in the water as they face their biggest challenge yet. They must battled against the Trix and the evil nymph Politea, who are on the brink of becoming more powerful than ever before. The third feature installment has already screened in other international territories with a healthy box office performance.
