The nominations have been unveiled for the fifth annual Critics’ Choice Television Awards, which will be presented during a live broadcast on A&E from the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday, May 31 at 8 p.m. ET. This year, The majority of the Best Animated Series nods went to more adult-targeted, primetime comedies; although all the contenders are from well established properties — including Archer from FX, which came in second in overall nominations with 16 behind HBO’s 27.
