Peter Chou has been named chairman of the board of directors of Digital Domain Holdings Ltd., the parent company of the Oscar-winning Hollywood digital production studio Digital Domain 3.0 Group.
Chou, who co-founded HTC Corp. in 1997 and served as its CEO, most recently held the title of head of future development where he spearheaded technology development including HTC’s new VR platform, Vive.
At Digital Domain, Chou will oversee creative initiatives and drive future innovation. Daniel Seah will continue in his role as CEO and executive director of Digital Domain Holdings.
