Fat Rabbit Farm LLC has released their official animated short pilot for their eponymous IP Fat Rabbit Farm, in partnership with FremantleMedia Kids & Family. The companies are actively pursuing a series greenlight for the project by sharing the animation publicly in order to build a solid audience base.
Launched on YouTube, the pilot is animated by Studio Moshi (The Day My Butt Went Psycho, Rocket Dog) and written by Josh Weinstein (The Simpsons, Futurama), and serves as a test animation for a full series inspired by the characters and world created by Jason Ponggasam and Patty Variboa, made popular through Facebook Messenger Stickers with over 100 million downloads worldwide.
The series takes place on Fat Rabbit Farm, a once peaceful place located on a floating island in the Kingdom of Skytopia. Life is turned upside down for the fat rabbit Babee and the other residents of the farm when Blanket, a “frabbit” with a past, shows up and the adventures begin.
