The $71.3 billion deal for the Mouse House to acquire Fox’s film and TV studio, FX, NatGeo, its 30% stake in Hulu and more will fold the Hollywood giant into Disney’s ever expanding Pangaea of entertainment — joining Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, etc.

Fun fact! For $71.3 billion, you could buy enough Disneyland adult day passes to fill the park to capacity for 20 years. And, you’d still have money left over for churros.
