Trailer: ‘Merry Little Batman’ Brings a Lighter Dark Knight Tale to Prime Video

The Caped Crusader and his feisty ward are ready to save Christmas in the new trailer for Merry Little Batman, a lighthearted new family comedy-adventure from Warner Bros. Animation and DC. The special debuts December 8 on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories world wide.

Synopsis: When young Damian Wayne finds himself alone in Wayne Manor on Christmas Eve, he must transform into “Little Batman” in order to defend his home and Gotham City from the crooks and supervillains intent on destroying the holidays.

Merry Little Batman is directed by Mike Roth (Regular Show) from a screenplay by Morgan Evans (Teen Titans Go!). Roth also serves as executive producer, alongside Warner Bros. Animation, Cartoon Network Studios & Hanna-Barbera Studios Europe head Sam Register.

The voice cast is led by Yonas Kibreab (Pupstruction, Pretty Freekin Scary, Sweet Tooth) as Damian, with Luke Wilson (Fired on Mars, Stargirl) as Bruce Wayne/Batman, James Cromwell (Big Hero 6: The Series, Succession) as Alfred Pennyworth and David Hornsby (DC Super Hero Girls, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia) as The Joker.

The voice cast also includes a rogues gallery made up of Dolph Adomian as Mr. Freeze, Brian George as The Penguin, Theresa McLaughlin as Poison Ivy and Chris Sullivan as Bane, with Michael Fielding as Terry, Cynthia McWilliams as Vicki Vale, Natalie Palamides as Francine and Reid Scott as Commissioner Gordon.
