Paramount has released the first tantalizing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles posters. Which don’t give away much, but we’ll take it. In accordance with the Turtle canon, the posters show the color/weaponry assignments: Raphael in red with sais, Michelangelo in orange with nunchucks, Donatello in purple with a staff, and Leonardo in blue with swords.
Directed by Jonathan Liebesman (Wrath of the Titans) the origin story flick stars Megan Fox as April O’Neil, Johnny Knoxville voicing Leonardo, Tony Shalhoub as the voice of Splinter, William Fichtner as Shredder and Will Arnett as cameraman Vernon Fenwick. Paramount opens Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on August 8, 2914.
