Autodesk has acquired Tweak Software and incorporated the developer of the playback tool RV into its Shotgun team.
The move was announced on the Autodesk blog and will see the entire staff of Tweak join Autodesk and work as a unit on the Shotgun team. Tweak’s Jim Hourihan, Seth Rosenthal and Alan Trombla will continue to lead Tweak in close partnership with Shotgun’s Don Parker.
The Shotgun group develops scalable production tracking, review, and asset management software for the M&E industry.
