Reubens Honor Animators for ‘Song of the Sea,’ ‘Garden Wall’

The National Cartoonists Society honored Song of the Sea director Tomm Moore for best feature animation and Patrick McHale of the Cartoon Network miniseries Over the Garden Wall for best TV animation at the 69th annual Reuben Awards last week in Washington, D.C.

The most prestigious award of the night — the Reuben Award for Outstanding Cartoonist of the Year — was presented to Roz Chast of The New Yorker.
