The 64th National Film Awards of India has bestowed the Rajat Kamal Award for Best Animation Film on the enchanting mythic piece Hum chitra banate hai (“We Make Images”), directed by Professor Nina Sabnani. President of India Pranab Mukherjee presented the award to Prof. Sabnani at the ceremony in New Delhi on Wednesday.
The film was produced by IDC, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and animated by Piyush Verma and Shyam Sunder Chaterjee.
