Bejuba! Entertainment and Big Jump Entertainment have joined forces to bring the heartwarming new animated preschool series Etta’s Star to market. The 2D, 52 x 11’ (or 26 x half-hour) series centers on young Etta as she learns how to take care of a stray star she finds. While her other friends have the “usual” kinds of pets like dragons and unicorns, Etta takes on the big responsibility of caring for a pet nobody has ever had before.
“Pets are a huge part of a child’s world and this series shows kids that, with pets, you’re the boss. And when you take care of your pet the right way, the rewards are fantastic,” says Tatiana Kober, president of Bejuba! Ent. “I’m super excited to have joined this show as it’s unique and covers a serious topic in an adorable way.”
The series is created by Anne-Marie Perrotta of Canada (Ranger Rob, Max & Ruby, Toopy & Binoo, Big Top Academy) and developed by Big Jump Entertainment. Bejuba! has come onboard as the distributor to find partners and close financing.
