Following the release of the new season trailer, DreamWorks Animation Television is giving Animag readers a closer look at Trollhunters Part 3 with this exclusive clip featuring two new characters who almost give the trolls a run for their money when it comes to odd behavior!
In the clip below, Jim Lake Jr. (voiced this season by Emile Hirsch) introduces Toby (Charlie Saxton) and Claire (Lexi Medrano) to their mysterious new classmates: Aja (Tatiana Maslany) and Krel (Diego Luna). It’s Jim’s job to show them around the “totally normal town” of Arcadia, as Aja and Krel have just moved in from “Cantalupia.” Their homeland apparently lacks things like bicycle wheels, orthodontic braces, and personal space … and the Latin-derived name of their country might be a clue to their true nature.
Trollhunters Part 3 premieres May 25 on Netflix streaming. Maslany and Luna’s Aja and Krel will be returning as leads in the next installment in Guillermo del Toro’s “Tales of Arcadia” trilogy: DreamWorks 3 Below, coming to Netflix later this year.
