Disney TV Animation Highlights for June

Summer gets into the swing on Disney Channel, Disney XD and Disney Junior, with new episodes of favorite animated series for all ages set to debut throughout June. Things kick off on the first of the month with the season two finale of Elena of Avalor, followed by the mid-month series premieres of preschool-friendly original T.O.T.S.
and Matt Braly’s froggy fantasy adventure Amphibia.

Other highlights include a new episode of Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout! guest starring Henry Winkler, Andrea Martin’s visit to Mickey and the Roadster Racers, and Top Chef Junior Head Judge Curtis Stone gets cooking with Vampirina.

Saturday, June 1
11:30 A.M.-12:00 P.M. EDT (Disney Junior) Elena of Avalor “Naomi Knows Best” (Season Two Finale) When Elena and her friends are captured, Naomi must trust her instincts to save them.

Sunday, June 9
9:30-10:00 P.M. EDT (Disney XD) Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout! “Just One Victory” With the Nova Corp defeated and the fate of the entire universe in jeopardy, the Guardians must turn to an unlikely ally to stop The Serpent. Henry Winkler (“Happy Days”) guest stars as Peter Quill’s Grandpa.

Friday, June 14
8:00-8:30 A.M. EDT (Disney Channel) Mickey and the Roadster Racers “Super Charged: Two Close Friends/Mr. Bigby’s Big Night” Mickey and Donald accidentally become handcuffed together. / The Happy Helpers help Mr. Bigby throw an anniversary party for his wife. Andrea Martin (“My Big Fat Greek Wedding”) guest stars as Mrs. Bigby.

8:30-9:00 A.M. EDT (Disney Channel) Puppy Dog Pals “Father’s Day Countdown/20,000 Leagues Under the Lake” When Chloe’s dad’s flight is canceled on Father’s Day, Keia and the pugs go on an urgent mission to bring him home. / When Dash and Duke’s favorite toy goes missing, the pugs and Keia search the lake to find it.

9:00-9:25 A.M. EDT (Disney Channel) T.O.T.S. “You’ve Gotta Be Kitten Me/Whale, Hello There” (Series Premiere) On Pip and Freddy’s first day as Junior Fliers, they deliver a kitten who mistakes them for her parents. / When there is a two-ton baby whale who needs delivering, the fliers compete for the task.

9:25-9:55 A.M. EDT (Disney Channel) T.O.T.S. “Panda Excess/A Stinky Situation” Pip and Freddy must deliver a baby panda so cute, that it makes it hard to say goodbye.

/ The Junior Fliers have trouble delivering a baby skunk due to its overwhelming smell.

Monday, June 17
10:00-10:30 A.M. EDT (Disney Channel) Amphibia “Anne or Beast?/Best Fronds” (Series Premiere) Sprig tries to capture a mysterious beast to prove that he’s responsible. Stephen Root (“Barry”) guest stars as Mayor Toadstool and James Patrick Stuart (“General Hospital”) guest stars as One-Eyed Wally. / Sprig takes Anne swimming in a nearby lake to help her feel less homesick.

Tuesday, June 18
10:00-10:30 A.M. EDT (Disney Channel) Amphibia “Cane Crazy/Flood, Sweat & Tears” When Anne breaks Hop Pop’s favorite cane, she and her friends set out to

replace it. / When Anne’s bedroom floods, she and Sprig must bunk together.

Wednesday, June 19
10:00-10:30 A.M. EDT (Disney Channel) Amphibia “Hop Luck/Stakeout” To win a village cooking contest, Anne leads the family on a quest to make pizza. / Sprig wants Anne and Hop Pop to get along, so he tricks them into going on a stakeout.

Thursday, June 20
10:00-10:30 A.M. EDT (Disney Channel) Amphibia “The Domino Effect/Taking Charge” Anne wants to keep a caterpillar as a pet, but she’ll have to keep it a secret from Hop Pop. / After one of the Plantars mysteriously runs out the charge on Anne’s phone, the family embarks on a mission to try and recharge it.

Friday, June 21
9:00-9:30 A.M. EDT (Disney Channel) T.O.T.S. “Cheetah Chase/Training Daze” When a cheetah is accidentally set loose, Pip and Freddy must play a game of tag to catch it. / Pip and Freddy find themselves leading a group of storks on a class trip.

9:30-10:00 A.M. EDT (Disney Channel) Vampirina “Beach Night/Gregoria Takes Flight” Vampirina and her family invite their neighbors on a trip to the beach. / Vee and Demi attempt to teach Gregoria how to fly so that she can view a rare star constellation.

Saturday, June 22
8:30-9:00 A.M. EDT (Disney Junior) Doc McStuffins “Stuffy’s Safari” Stuffy ventures deep into the jungle in search of Dragon Mountain, a legendary place where he hopes to find a dragon family of his own.

Friday, June 28
9:00-9:30 A.M. EDT (Disney Channel) T.O.T.S. “Nursery Schooling/Bunny Bunanza” After K.C. gets sick, Pip and Freddy watch the babies in the Nursery for her. / When\ delivery batches of bunnies get mixed up, the Junior Fliers must figure out which bunny is which.

9:30-10:00 A.M. EDT (Disney Channel) Vampirina “The Big Bite/Ghost Hosts” Chef Remy Bones competes in a televised cooking competition show for humans. Curtis Stone (“Top Chef Junior”) guest stars as cooking show host, Trevor Porkpie. / Vampirina and her friends fill in as hosts of Edgar’s “Weekly Weirdness” show when he becomes sick.
