The Animation Showcase, the online platform presenting critically acclaimed, festival favorite animated films from around the world for free to industry members, has launched a new collection featuring short films from this year’s Annecy Festival. This virtual summer program is available for a limited time (less than two months)
“Without a doubt, Annecy Festival is the biggest celebration of animation creativity in the world,” said Benoit Berthe Siward, Curator & Founder of The Animation Showcase. “As a curator & animation lover, I wouldn’t miss it for anything! But I know how difficult it is for everyone in our community to attend. So it’s a huge pleasure for me to curate this yearly collection of the very best shorts I have seen at the festival and bring it to the members of this platform. I hope this extension of the Festival Animation Celebration will inspire you this summer.”
