Montreal-based Sardine Productions and Gamerizon Studio have signed a development deal with Teletoon Canada to adapt the Chop Chop Ninja downloadable game into an animated TV series.
The series follows lead character and super ninja Iro who decides to defend his town from evil overlords and their underlings while attempting to win the coveted title of Chop Chop Ninja. The TV show and new game will be inextricably linked in numerous and novel ways to create a transmedia experience.The enterprise includes 52 X 11 minute episodes, 52 X 1 minute episodes as well as original web based material.

Gamerizon’s Chop Chop games have been downloaded over 17 Million times on the Apple App Store.
