Julius Jr., a preschool series inspired by the Paul Frank character Julius the monkey, will premiere Sept. 29 at 11 a.m. ET/PT on Nick Jr.
The series follows the adventures of a young Julius and is the first TV series for the Paul Frank franchise, produced by Saban Brands.
“Julius the monkey is an internationally recognized and beloved character, thanks to the success of the Paul Frank brand around the world,” said Elie Dekel, president of Saban Brands. “Julius Jr. and his friends will not only captivate preschoolers, but also inspire kids to use their imagination and creativity in everyday life.”
On the newly launched website, www.nickjr.com/julius-jr, parents and children can find music videos, downloadable materials and curriculum-based activities including coloring sheets and activity blue prints based on the show.
