Canadian-based animation production and content development group, Comet Ent. Inc., has entered into an agreement with Spanish-based Lasal and India’s Muv Studios to co-produce the 3D animated series, Tinguaro, The Sun Lizards for the international TV market.
Tinguaro is set in a futuristic world where peace-loving, island-dwelling lizards struggle to protect their solar energy technology from the mainland locusts and scorpions that seek to acquire it for evil purposes.
In addition to action, adventure and humor, young viewers will get positive messages about the importance of solidarity, equality, non-violence, communication and respect for the environment.
The series will be complemented by a website featuring interactive games and activities. Comet Ent. is currently in production on the primetime series Toby, The Prince of Whales.
