Nelvana announced some key changes to its international sales division team on Monday: Emanuel Petry assumes a new role in the company as she will begin overseeing European development and international co-production after spending 13 years as head of international sales. Nelvana has also promoted Lynn Chadwick to VP of European sales and distribution.
In taking on her new position, Emanuele Petry will be responsible for sourcing new content, overseeing co-productions and ensuring that Nelvana remains active in the European sales community. Petry will report directly to Scott Dyer.
Lynn Chadwick has been a strong force behind building Nelvana’s business in Northern Europe since she left Salter Street Films and joined the company in 2002. Sylvie Didierjean, director of international sales, Wiebeke Hoefer, head of sales for German-speaking Europe and Leyla Formoso, director of Latin American and Iberian sales, report to Chadwick, who in turn reports to Doug Murphy.
