Clik Clak Clicks with Animex Jurors

The winners and runners up for the Animex Student Animation Awards were announced at Animex Talk! on Friday 10 by Shelley Page (DreamWorks Animation), David Sproxton (Aardman) and Philip Hunt (Studio AKA). The Animex International Festival of Animation & Computer Games takes place every year in Middlesbrough in the North East of England. Clik Clak, a clever CG-animated short by Supinfocom Arles students Aur’lie Fr’chinos, Victor-Emmanuel Moulin and Thomas Wagner emerged as the winner in the CG Animation Category

This year’s other winners were:

Kamiya’s Correspondence by Royal College of Art student Sumito Sakakibara (2D Computer Animation Category)

90 Degrees by Supinfocom Valenciennes students Jules Janaud, Raphael Martinez-Bachel, Francois Roisin (Experimental Animation Category)

Fabel by Filmakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg student Max Stolzenberg, Anja Perl (VFX Category)

Beetleball by Supinfocom Valenciennes student Lionel Cregut, Lise Vautrin, Edouard Cellura ( Games Design and Animation Category)

The Barometz by Vancouver Film School student Chung-Hao (Samuel) Tung (Visualisation category)

All Star Vitamins by Staffordshire University student Tom Elgin (Motion Graphics category)
