Seth Green of Robot Chicken fame has joined the cast of Disney’s Mars Need Moms, says The Hollywood Reporter.
The film, directed by Simon Wells and produced by Robert Zemecks’ Imagemovers, will use motion-capture to create the animated tale, based on the children’s novel by Bloom County and Opus cartoonist Berkeley Breathed.
Green joins a cast that includes Mindy Sterling, Dan Fogler and Joan Cusack.
Green also co-directs, writes and provides voices for Robot Chicken, the Emmy- and Annie-winning stop-motion Adult Swim series he co-created with Matthew Senreich.
