VIZ Media is bringing the latest animated Pokemon adventure to North American home entertainment shelves today as Pokemon The Movie: Kyurem vs. The Sword of Justice arrives on DVD (TV-Y7-F7; $19.97 US / $24.98), complemented by a tie-in manga edition from VIZ Kids (rated All Ages; $9.99 US / $12.99 CAN).
In their latest pocket monster adventure, Ash and pals spot an injured Pokemon they don’t recognize during a train trip. Just as they are planning a rescue, the train is attacked by the Legendary Kyurem. The group manages to take the strange Pokemon to safety where they learn its story: it is the Mythical Keldeo on a mission to rescue its friends from Kyurem–but Kyurem has other ideas.
