Disney has released a teaser trailer for Maleficent, a live-action reimagining of Sleeping Beauty told from the point of view of that story’s antagonist.
The film stars Angelina Jolie as Maleficent, Elle Fanning as Princess Aurora and Sharlto Copley as King Stefan. The movie is directed by Robert Stromberg from a script by animation veterans Paul Dini and Linda Woolverton. Longtime Disney animation producer Don Hahn is producing with Joe Roth.
