A new animated Transformers series following up on the events of the Transformers Prime series has entered production with an early 2015 premiere date set.
The move was announced by The Hub Network, and the series is being produced by Hasbro Studios with Jeff Kline of Transformers Prime and G.I. Joe: Renegades set as executive producer.
Taking place years after the battle between Autobots and Decepticons in Transformers Prime, this all new series centers around our hero Bumblebee stepping up to lead a brand new team of Autobots.
The voice cast features Will Friedle (Boy Meets World) returning as Bumblebee, along with Darren Criss (Glee), Constance Zimmer (House of Cards) and Ted McGinley (Married with Children).
Blending 3D characters with hand-painted environments, the series mixes action-packed adventure with lots of comedy.
I really hope Optimums. Ratchet, and the kids are in this show too. I mean you can’t have a transformers show without Optimus (alive)!! Now a days we keep seeing less and less of him almost like they are trying to take him out of the picture because the movie and the new show keep pointing at the death of Optimus. Bring Optimus back please in this show alive!!!
