Fans of the Force attending WonderCon in Anaheim were first to see a new clip from the upcoming animated series Star Wars Rebels.
The clip features new characters Hera, voiced by Vanessa Marshall, and Chopper, was introduced by executive producer Dave Filoni, who previously was executive producer on Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

The series is slated to debut on Disney Channel this fall, followed by the series airing on Disney XD.

It looks impressive, however if STAR WARS Rebels is strictly an DisneyXD Series? its going to –
a) come and go as quickly as TRON:Uprising (& I <3'd that series)
b) like TRON: Uprising, become very popular as an online download
The Walt Disney Co needs to comprehend that people are not going to pay an extra monthly fee for a premium channel which they can not afford (they would be better off broadcasting this on the Disney Channel where, because another animated series as popular as Phineas & Ferb would compete directly with both Nick and Cartoon Network)!
Well they did saw it was going to be on Disney CHANNEL, not DisneyXD. So it might work like Gravity Falls and Wonder Over Yonder.
1st Episode will be premiered on the Disney Channel (just like TRON) then it goes directly to Disney XD (and where it will be torrent downloaded by those who don’t want to pay extra $ for Disney XD – just like TRON) :-/
