Viva Design has completed two original animation sequences for the High Roller observation reel in Las Vegas at Caesars Entertainment Corp.’s Linq Entertainment and shopping center complex.
The animation, which uses large-scale projection, will premiere for the Memorial Day holiday later this month. The animation will be seen by visitors waiting in line to board the observation wheel.
Both spots celebrate and reflect Las Vegas, invoking the iconic faces and atmosphere that everyone has come to love in Las Vegas.
The first spot brings back “The King” by filming an Elvis impersonator and layering on glitz and glitter through Photoshop, stop-motion and AfterEffects animations. To view the Elvis spot: http://vivadesign.com/elvis.
The second spot captured Vegas performers – acrobats and dancers — showing off their best moves and sharing the aspirations behind their passion. To view the Las Vegas dancers spot: http://vivadesign.com/dancers.
Founded and led by Ulrike Kerber, Santa Barbara-based Viva Design specializes in creating original content as well as logo design, branding packages, animation and film for television.
