9 Story Media Group has inked a deal with Penguin Young Readers to produce an animated TV series based on the No. 1 New York Times bestselling children’s book series Otis the Tractor. Written and illustrated by Loren Long, the series is published by Philomel Books, an imprint of Penguin Young Readers. Otis debuted in 2009 and to date has sold over 1.5 million copies across 9 titles. 9 Story also gets L&M rights to Otis as part of the deal.
