Sunnyvale, Calif.’s Cogswell College will host Academy Award-winning animation director Patrick Osborne (Feast) during the school’s commencement ceremonies on May 16. Osborne will give the event’s keynote address to the class of 2015, based on the idea of graduates “Learning to enjoy the blank page in front of you.”
Cogswell’s 2015 commencement will begin at 11 a.m. and will be held at Club Auto Sport on Charcot Avenue in San Jose.
Dr. Deborah Snyder, President & Chief Academic Officer, Cogswell College, said, “It is such an honor and privilege to have Patrick Osborne, a brilliant and gifted animation industry director, agree to speak to our students on one of the most important days in their lives – college graduation. His exceptional talent serves as a role model for many of our students who aspire to walk in his footsteps.
