Netflix is delivering something fuzzy, cute and a bit silly to screens in time for the winter holiday watch season with Brown and Friends, a new 3D CG-animated series launching exclusively on the streamer on December 29.
Created in partnership with digital IP entertainment company IPX, the series features 11 of its original Line Friends messenger app sticker characters, including Brown, Cony, Sally and Choco in charming non-dialog slapstick situations. The new toon also arrives as the popular characters mark their 10-year anniversary.
Brown and Friends tells stories of everyday life, set in a cozy little neighborhood coffee shop. Some moments are big and some are small — but we all know that mundane drama is what makes our lives extra special. Even longtime fans of Line Friends will uncover untold tales of their favorite characters in their lighthearted new endeavor.
