You can sing along with Poppy, Branch, Viva and Tiny Diamond and the BroZone gang on Jan. 16, when Universal Home Ent. releases DreamWorks’ Trolls Band Together Sing-Along Edition on Digital, UK UHD, Blu-ray and DVD. This music fan’s dream release offer over an hour of bonus content, including a brand-new original short “It Takes Three,” character drawing tutorials, deleted scenes, and behind-the-scenes features with the cast and crew including *NSYNC’s reunion for the first time in 20 years.
Directed by Walt Dohrn and co-directed by Tim Heitz and produced by Gina Shay, this colorful, psychedelic adventure finds Poppy (Anna Kendrick) growing closer to her now boyfriend Branch (Justin Timberlake) and discovering his secret past as a member of her favorite boyband, BroZone, with his four estranged brothers. When Branch’s bro Floyd is kidnapped for his musical talents by a pair of nefarious pop stars, Branch and Poppy embark on an action-packed journey to reunite the other brothers and rescue Floyd. Along the way Poppy uncovers a family secret of her own, a long-lost sister named Viva (Camila Cabello).
The voice cast includes Anna Kendrick, Justin Timberlake, Zooey Deschanel, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Aino Jawo and Caroline Hjelt, Kenan Thompson, Anderson, Camila Cabello, Eric André, Amy Schumer, Andrew Rannells , Troye Sivan, Daveed Diggs, Kid Cudi, Zosia Mamet and RuPaul Charles.
Trolls Band Together was one of the most successful animated movies of the year at the box office in 2023, grossing over $102.434 million worldwide and $202.917 million Stateside.
