Photos: Warner Bros. Animation’s Bugs Ball Recap

On Friday, February 1, the top producers, artists and figures in the animation industry gathered on the Warner Bros. lot to celebrate the nominees of the 2019 Annie Awards as Warner Bros. Animation hosted its 2nd Annual “Bugs Ball.”

Highlights of the event included:

  • Custom-crafted Bugs Bunny cotton candy.
  • A scene from the classic Looney Tunes theatrical cartoon short Rabbit of Seville was brought to life with a special photo pop-up.
  • Roadrunner and Coyote VR photo booth.
  • Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck phone cases which guests were allowed to custom print onsite.
  • Custom screen-printed Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and Porky Pig T-shirts.
  • Special performance set from legendary hip hop producer DJ Nu-Mark (Jurassic 5) featuring a “Bugs Ball” mix of classic cartoon theme songs.
