Black Logic Executive Producer Ivan Molomut announced that Visual Effects Artist Kate ONeill has joined the creative team.
After freelancing with the company since 1995, ONeill has now become a fixture in the effects/CGI department, joining Effects Artist Brian Benson, CG Director Doug Johnson, Director/Designer Alessandro Swainston and Art Director Irene Kim.
Among the projects she has worked are spots for McDonalds, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Audi, Canon, AFI, HBO, VH1, MTV, Visa, Kodak, Motorola, MCI, Dominos Pizza, Taco Bell, Proctor & Gamble, Pizza Hut and American Express.
In addition to Black Logic, ONeill has freelanced for such companies as Digital Domain, Ring of Fire, Area 52, Click 3X, Imaginary Forces, R/Greenberg, Manhattan Transfer (now R!ot), Spontaneous Combustion, PSYOP, OmniLab, Nice Shoes, Artichoke Design, The Attik and Lee Hunt Design.
Prior to going freelance, ONeill was a visual effects artist on the staff of Click 3X, NY where her work included commercials for NBC, McDonalds, Proctor & Gamble, Disney, American Express and Bell-Atlantic. Before that she was on the staff of Quiet Man, NY where her work included The Beatles Free As A Bird music video and the Saturday Night Live opening & titles for the 1997 season. ONeill started her career as a designer with Portfolio Artists’ Network.
