Its official. TV-Loonland is determined to shake up the toon exec landscape in Europe. The latest news from the German company finds Justine Bannister, formerly distrib and acquisitions head at Frances Dargaud Distribution officially accepting a similar position at TV-Loonlands London office.
The always elegant and well-liked Bannister has a been a fixture of the French animation scene for the past 13 years, involved in the creation of Dupuis Distribution, prior to its merger with Dargaud, as well as working at Lagarderes Europe Images International as VP of sales and marketing..

The hugely successful Cramp Twins, Transformers and Little Ghosts are just a few shows in what is an astounding array of quality childrens and family programming with terrific potential across all media platforms."
Bannisters appointment follows the appointment of former SIP brass Olivier Dumont as COO and ex-Kayenta exec Kourtney Kaye as head of creative and development in the past ten days. According to Selma Kappel, president and CEO of TV-Loonland more appointments are expected at the company. Bannister will report to Dumont.
