Two Daughters Ent.’s ‘Moley’ Digs Up a New Home on Peacock in the U.S.

Two Daughters Entertainment has announced that its first animated TV series, Moley, will launch in the US on Peacock today (July 7) with the full season of 52 episodes. The U.S. debut deal was brokered by Jetpack Distribution.

The award-winning series is scaling up globally, now shown in over 140 countries worldwide with a slew of further international deals ongoing. It is already broadcast on Warner Discovery’s Boomerang channel across EMEA, and will debut on Free to Air channel POP in the UK. Other territories include ZDF in Germany and Globo in Brazil.

The show, which first debuted in the U.K. in 2021, follows the adventures of an optimistic young mole who lives deep in a burrow under Windsor Castle, in the hustling, bustling city of MoleTown. The voice cast includes Warwick Davis, Gemma Arterton, Julie Walters, Richard E Grant and Stanley Tucci.

James Reatchlous, CEO of Two Daughters Entertainment, said “Moley continues to go from strength to strength across the world. I am so pleased that the stories I told to my two little girls are now being shared with children far and wide. Bringing Moley to U.S. audiences for the first time is especially pleasing on a personal level, as the U.S. is a place close to my heart, having spent many years of my career there.”
