Phil Roman, president/CEO of Film Roman and a former producer of The Simpsons, is back with a new animation series to be launched at MIPCOM Jr. Howdi Gaudi is inspired by the creativity of noted Catalan architect Antoní Gaudí and rides on the success of the Christmas in Gaudinia special and The Gaudins Projects.
Steve Walsh Prods. and Agogo Entertainment, in association with TV Catalunya, have completed 26 half-hours of the series under Roman’s supervision.
Disney Channel will begin airing the program in Spain beginning Sept. 17. Worldwide sales are expected close during MIPCOM.
